The secret is to not diet but to build healthy habits for life. That is easier said than done as we all know. The key is to start small. If the habit you are looking to change seems overwhelming or too hard, make it smaller until it is something you can succeed at. Rules work better than willpower. Set yourself some eating guidelines that you choose to follow and judge each situation within those guidelines. I will write a whole other post about how to change habits but for now, where should you start to lose weight and keep it off?
